Hi Ladies and Gents your ex Captain speaking lol

Looks like MMX's strategic "Settlement Offer without prejudice" before the trial worked perfectly and now CHM is supposed to pay for MMX legal costs cuz they recovered less the amount offered.

Now that CHM has to pay the legal costs they are playing the appeal card to get away with it.

Knowing MMX management I reckon they are going to call CHM's bluff cuz they know CHM has close to zero chance of winning.
