By court I assume you mean the judge. If he forms the view that MMX had knowledge he will consider if MMX could have acquired the assets without the various rorts.
Looking at the last published accounts of Weboz I think that one is a big negative given they couldnt even write a cheque out for their listing fee's.
Only a couple of weeks now and final submissions will be available for public digestion. I am hoping that the press will also be there so we can get some information.
Its interesting that like MMX its supporters need to make racial slurs and character attacks. CHM you might have noticed has said very little as I think they know there is one thing you should never do and thats make public statements that might upset the judge.
