gardie chm did not file evidence why do you think the judge awarded costs to mmx ??
the court will be none to pleased and this gaffe by chm briefs has weakened the chm case no end the funder i would think would be none to happy having to stump up costs it was chm who were not ready read the ann mmx cannot go to court if evidence hasnt been filed as the court instructed work it out mate its not that hard
look im sure chm holders know that this a death knell to the case and should be protecting thier capital id be surprised if chm is not way down today on that ann
mmx will probably be of due to o/night base metal prices but man chm holders need to asess that ann and realise its game over come over and join us at mmx if you really want to have a win
