In relation to been privy to MMX accounts that is the whole point of investing in an ASX listed company.
They produce half yearly and quarterly reports and in MMX case lodged a propsectus and supplementary. The whole trail is there available to anyone who can be bothered to look up the archives.
The problem is the trail doesnt make sense.
The things you ask me to show you in the accounts such as share sales maybe the very way that MMX and Winterfall found the $1 million between them but there is no explanation as to this activity of anything else.
As to Winterfall if its CHM monies that have helped pay the vendor deposits of 500k and MMX made a friendly takeover of it then wouldnt MMX have discovered this as part of the due dilgence.
Share sales are pretty easy to trace of a listed company so if CHM have showed the court a money and share sale trail showing MMX selling shares then thats pretty hard evidence.
Doesnt it make it worse for MMX if they "forgot" to disclose in the lodged accounts ?
