CHM have asked that the shares in Crossland be held in constructive trust.
That is an ongoing interest in the IO project not a once off cash payment although there will be I believe an element of cash as well.
At the end of the day it will be Mitsubishi money driving the IO project so who ends up owning the other half wont mean much to Mitsubishi.
MMX have I understand given an indemnity to Mitsubishi on this matter.
CHM could end up with a long term interest in the IO project delivering annual returns.
