Don't bank on the obvious or rational decisions will be made by Hopper. At IMU he was able to sell HER-Vaxx in 2021 but refused as he hoped to get it through to fast tracked approval which was warranted based on data but he overestimated his bargaining power. Now at this stage considered being " deprioritized " or in plain English, worthless.
Same strategy has been applied here, currently pre-rego trial to get it done the fast approved way. Maybe learnt from the IMU stuff up but unlikely as he hasn't learnt from 7 misfired CRs.
Time will tell, always time to change if the one in charge is willing to.
The whole financial future depends on him. Like a dictator, if he gets it wrong there is no way of stopping him to run CHM / RAD / IMU into the ground and at this stage he is "successfully" doing exactly that.
