    Then don't you think, hiring Rebecca could be a great asset to CHM?

    Don't get me wrong, I thought JC was a fantastic speaker and very knowledgeable on the assets. I did have a little bit of a negative feeling on a CEO that is not based locally. I think its essential. However any board must recognise that the company was capitulating under JC's wage, even though her service was effectively free of charge if you consider the finders fee that she instigated. The times are the times. Unfortunately the biotech winter persists for those early phase companies that have no near term readouts traversing the valley of death.

    So he's made some pretty hard decisions during the embryonic life of this listed entity. Now we have a COO that's Australian based, and a leader on the ground in Australia, in an ASX listed biotech I think is a really wise move. Not to mention she is being paid at a more realistic rate given the state the company is in financially. If she proves her mettle then we could argue PH has played a masterstroke amongst his various failures.
