Just tread an interesting snippet....the director of public prosecutions supposedly is taking former chm directors, Barnes and Roberts to court (Should have started2nd Nov) for providing misleading information to the asx...in 2003...it seems that they allegedly issued 15 million shares in chm to a company called Zenith for $3 million dollars so that chm could be re instated on the asx...except the money was never recieved by chm..(they say that they lent the money back to zenith)... it raises anumber of questions...for one, why would anyone at the time (zenith) have bought shares in Chm for 20 cents a share when they basically had nothing...In essence gave 15 million shares in chm to Zenith for no consideration..Rings a few bells???.So it would appear that chm directors have always been full of tricks....It is alleged that it was all a scam to allow chm to look cashed up and so be eligable to be relisted...so chm at time of supposed nicu controversy may have been insolvent.......In the Nicu/MMX case Grimaldi aswell as MMX may have just been an inoncent in all that went on, maybe orchestrated by Barnes......Certainl does'nt look good for CHM...
