Glyna....all this is just a legal dispute between CHM and MMX...I wouldn't get too worked up about it all.
The situation above with Barnes and Grimaldi and you saying its CHM's murky past....I'm pretty sure you've shot yourself in the foot with this information sharing.
Which side of the court room we're these 2 sitting on in the CHM vs MMX court dispute?
Wasn't MMX called NiCU before who benefitted from Barnes and Grimaldi mis-appropriating CHM's funds then ending up with million of shares that shareholder we're never told about?
Seems NiCu...now MMX is the company that originated from the murky depths of a sludge pond.
