Dont see any desperation at all in MMX camp....In fact just the opposite, did you read the announcements and quaterly report???..I agree the other case doesnt have much of a bearing on MMX/chm case..Its just topical cos it shows a pattern of behaviour of Chm Director and shows that pretty much through its whole existence, chm was an empty cash strapped shell, That did or produced nothing....
