You are living in cloud cuckoo land BB...Grim and barnes werent "DEFENDING" MMX they were being sued by CHM and so were defending THEMSELVES...MMX knowing that they were also being sued by CHM and assuming with discussion that they may appear, then called them also as witnesses...The fcat that both have declined to testify in person and are allowing there defence to be conducted by their lawyers is no loss to MMX, infact MMX are happy that neither are taking the stand I have been told...There is a lot of spin going on out there as to what things MIGHT MEAN...but as i have challenged previosly...If you are serious..What to date has been Conclusively Proved????? How much money stolen/mis appropriated or whatever you want to call it...and of this how much can be shown to have been directly employed in the purchase of Jack Hills???? For this is what you have to PROVE..not allege..BUT prove in order to have a chance of Constructive trust Remedy...So ..Your answer BB...
