The sentiment of this comment seems to be suggesting we accept some kind of a conspiratorial view that the company in question has been knowingly misleading all of its shareholders - and several of its commercial manufacturing partners - for several years. If it comes down to trusting the company's publicly listed announcements or this clearly baseless sentiment I imagine most contributors and readers here will know the difference and will know which to ignore.
