Sorry Mr Paul but that is irrelevant. As a director he is an insider. If he trades when the company is withholding material, price sensitive information he is in breach of insider trading and potentially market manipulation legislation. Unless he could demonstrate that he has been siloed by the company. Most companies wouldn't even try and go down that route...
