I think its a bit naive to think the Hartog results will be rolled out like Gonnevilles', Kev will check out what and where comes up and mix selected ones in with Gonn's , someone like Twiggy will know before we do.
The SF drill permit will create speculative thinking, which is open to manipulation. The Hartog results won't be transparent immediately.
