You are misinformed...they are on 100% owned farmland, not populated. They will go through the required environmental permitting and have state and federal support who will want it to be approved. The CAPEX has been reduced through their simplification of the process and it will be raised in stages as they generate their own significant income. We will find out in the PFS what it has been reduced to, but as stated by the company, it has made finance required much easier, to the point where they may not need a partner to develop the project...definitely not even in the realms of "if not impossible to attain"...
