We are currently seeing a spike down on the hourly chart (low of 6.66 at time of posting). I look for symmetry suggesting an inverted H&S or similar. Count the squares left and right of the "head" (lowest point) in the chart below. The last spike down to 6.66 occurred the same 8 squares to the left.
