We should crowd fund to put a bounty on Putin's head.
The Ukraine invasion has underscored the importance of strategic minerals such as those of CHN located in Tier One locations. The terrible atrocities being carried out by the russian war criminals in Ukraine will ensure more severe economic sanctions that will affect russian exports at least for the rest of the decade. The upside for CHN is that it will ensure that the government approvals for a mine to be developed at Julimar will be fast tracked. Any mining engineers care to estimate how long it would take to open a mine at Julimar? My guess is 5 years. @Scarpa what are your thoughts on this possibilty? TIA.
Before the Ukraine invasion, CHN was a $20+ stock. Now as russian primary exports are frozen by sanctions, it is a $50 stock imho. However, it is now more likely to be a T/O target by one of the big mining houses such as BHP or RIO before that sp value is ever reached.
