The export, other non-at-mine and transport infrastructure to and from port is already largely there. Getting the mine to a commissioning stage could IMO take less than 2 years depending on how quick want to progress from approvals. The key hold ups are government approvals before mine construction commenced hence that is the key for any mine development. Some processes can run concurrently though as can some elements of construction preparation. Government commitment is the key therefore, particularly relating to environmental clearances and surveys such as aboriginal/ flora/ fauna heritage clearnces
