Good on you and if you need to get any signed petition or resolution for the BOD, I'll sign up too!
An example could be:
The BOD must take an active interest in and report to ASIC/ASX if it notices undue movements in its share price. I'm not a lawyer but perhaps a lawyer can draft up something along these lines to put as an item for shareholders to vote on at the next AGM
