It happens hourly on many many stocks .
The sheer number of negative trades below $500 is a sure sign of this type of activity .
There is a simple response that should be implemented by government , place a $20 tax on all corporate trades , in particular overseas owned funds, below $500 ,excluding Australian owned superannuation funds..
would keep them a touch more honest i suspect .
