In hindsight the timing of the CR at 6 was a genius move.
It came and went so quickly so the advice they got to go ahead was well worth it.
There is an extra 100 million in the kitty , there is much less dilution than there otherwise would be if they waited and they are well funded now with 150 million to drill everything and ride this out.
Not to mention anyone cashed up can add at bargain basement prices.

The macro environment and fear of interest rate rises,causing a cascade that leads to panic selling and capitulation.
Banks are being trashed as i type,shorts are making a killing in everything. Look at Bitcoin .
For some preserving capital comes first for others waiting is the name of the game.
The market will bottom and the cream will rise again.
