I dont know the timeline of recovery but historically markets recover but not all recoveries are equal.
Being a bit of a conspiracy theorist I'm going to surmise the main institution in the CR knew this bear phase was in and continuing and realised the window to get the CR out was small, but they sold it to the market and managed it.
Imagine trying to get a CR out now.
So we are cashed up with 150 mill and no need to ask the market for anything for at least 2 years, likely longer.
Let's assume the market recovers by then and CHN have more than doubled their IGV.
We'll be sweet.
