They need to be called DUMB because the US government should be sacking them. Failure to do their job correctly. If we dont say anything then no one will. Just like the banks have rigged to gold and silver markets for over 10 years and get a slap on the wrist when they get caught out. If there was no outcry never would have been investigated. Not that much happens anyway. The whole system is rigged. Bubble and bust, bubble and bust. again and again. This only happens if the reserve bank allows it to. Poor management. Lack of political will to change the system.
