TBH, I suspect we’ve got a bit of pain still to come. They won’t have shaken out the 30% or 50% stop-losses yet. They’ll try to, I bet, so it all comes down to whether they can - the sharp rise on end of Friday helps them there, but they haven’t got there yet, so I reckon they’ll give it a go if they can. They’ll also be looking at people who can’t stand the pressure and manually press sell - you get more of those if you can keep up the pressure for longer. Also helps in that case to shake the price up and down a bit - try to get people to sell after a smallish bounce back.
it’s only been a couple of days so far - but in the end, it’s going to go up.
