Read chart threads on stocks you are interested in. Pros put up far more detailed charts w much deeper understandings than me. Investopedia is a good, general free online resource.
This book will set you back $200. You can download it for free. I have done both
It is an amazing resource for me. Read a bit, check it against a chart you are interested in and learn. It’s a tough read but the best $200 I have ever spent.
Ask questions, many good people here on HC.
You will make mistakes, i have made a million of them Trick is to learn from them.
