The copper refinery is not really an issue...a copper refinery will take copper from ~98% copper to >99.9% copper.
La Granja will probably suffer from lack of water for processing the ore Some of these giant Cu deposits need to build desalination plants on the coast and pump it 000s kms to the mine.
Julimar will attract the best and brightest workers from the WA mines...people who have done their time and need a break from FIFO...this will be its biggest advantage IMO
