My guess is we know Goyder will reject the first 1-2 offers at LTR. The last high was around $10.50.
First offer comes in around $10.50 representing a premium on current prices. Rejected.
Second offer comes in at ~$12.00. Rejected.
Now the waiting game comes in and the 1-2 bidders are forced to make a nice take over offer or bid for Chalice management and Goyder to tell shareholders to accept the deal. This could backfire as LTR hasn't received an offer either but shareholders have a choice to sell on the open market.
My guess is we know Goyder will reject the first 1-2 offers at...
