At one of the AGMs we voted for the management to have authority to deal on shares on our behalf. Any offer does not need to be put to shareholders. This is a big plus as all the players have been invited to the Data Room as Chalice called it and they know there will be no back and forth. The management have the power and the authority. This could not have been played better by the crew leading the show. All props to Alex and Tim. Now we only have a little wait for some real action
