I don't think this is likely with TG holding a large chunk. I think it would require both institutions AND retail/HNWI together to approve it? Not to mention the second it gets leaked) announced the SP will jump to that price anyway, so people will be in profit no matter what.
and there's the multiple large sharks circling in Reinhart and Forrest also sitting around 5% who probably wouldn't want it taken over by the other.
