INSTITUTIONAL STOOGES take their orders from the hand that feeds them, for the most they are talentless and rely on a corrupt system to manage their brokerages , your money is much safer in a jar than with them,for when everything turns to sh t ,you will be the last to know, hence 2008& 1930s GREAT DEPRESSION.
There is always a handful of hands on money managers ,but they normally look after the one percenters money.
