Cant agree.
9 million odd to dig a starter pit.
A fleet of dump trucks - purchase or lease
A crushing unit
A rail spur to the railway line (probably the govt would spring for this)
A dedicated ore handling facility somewhere down Fremantle way
and Bob's your uncle.
The Feds have got plenty of cash - they would probably be keen to contribute substantially to get such a big, strategic project off the ground.
The company only need to get the show on the road and then with the cash flow it would become self sustaining.
I have run a small business for years and I just do not get all this farting around while the guts drops out of the sp.
