What looks to be happening is buyers come in thinking it is cheap, and then the shorters knock them down. if this process continues, the demise will eventually occur. It is not in the shorter's interests to knock it down in one day, they are like cats playing with the caught mouse, they want to keep it alive as long as possible. If next week it weakens further, be very wary. It looks like some big interests are playing this one, getting as much as possible out of an unknowing public.
I think it best to sit back & watch this one as it's too hot to handle.
