Well, it has become the norm to blame a female due to forced hiring practices. Unfortunately, these practices bring into disrepute the qualifications of certain staff. Equality opportunity- YES, equal outcome - NO. I would hate to be known as the diversity hire in a company as opposed to my skill set and experience.
