You are correct in your summary ...though remember they do have 100 mill cash ...no debt and land as farmland is worth @45 million .....it has challenges and unknowns which is why it has been so savagely sold down ...all that said you are right if it does have a viable commercial resource it will priced up accordingly ......it may test 75 cents >>> i could have jumped in too early ...Personally I think being so close to the state forest and environmental concerns it the biggest challenge
