The two days that count so far are 7 Feb and 8 Feb.
Just under 1 million shorts were reported for 7 Feb - which was surprising to me
Volume was high on 7 Feb and high again today.
If reported shorts are around 1 million again today it may signify that the shorters are pouring it on to restrain the price increase - unsuccessfully so far.
If the company came out now with a killer announcement there may be some wailing in the shorters' camp.
