State Forest access should be granted as the area is already fairly accessible by 4WDs. It may not be for some time though.
What Chalice might find up against is the inability to undertake a thorough drilling programme on the scale of Gonnerville. So the drilling will be done like having one hand tied. I'd imagine it'll be a challenge.
