I think that you over-estimate the knowledge of many analysts. Not only that, but institutions are not invited to do due diligence on a company when they make a placement. It is worth remembering that CHN had been looking for partners for months prior to the SS and so they would have had access to more info than anyone else, but still no-one chose to join up.
"Chalice started writing the Scoping Study when PGE prices were higher." Would you ignore changes in price if you were planning something like building a house? Really?
"Will the soon to be published higher grade resource* Higher grade - lets wait and see what is obtained before jumping to conclusions (grade + quantity).
"show Gonneville can be profitable even at these low prices?" Will a SP price of $7.20 be justified after the dilution? You have no idea what the Ni and Pd/Pt price will be.
I think that you over-estimate the knowledge of many analysts....
