It could be someone who is not just a commercial partner. I'd read that as someone who knows how to develop and then operate.
It could also mean deal at the Gonni level and not at the company level. We've got to wait till it comes out.
PGM are turning/breaking out of the downtrend so timing of the deal could align well with market conditions.
