Just a guess but with the JV partnering process underway and close to being finalised one way or the other. I'm thinking this has Gina R all over it. If that's the case and a JV is in place then they have the expertise, knowledge inside workings on getting approvals across the line in WA.Things are moving along nicely and I feel a possible JV is key, it's not everything but will make it alot easier.
