Sorry mate cant agree, prices used in a SS are the prices that form the basis of PFS and then those prices form the basis of the DFS etc etc.
A financier will need to know that the prices applied are achievable to run down the pay back. Fat must be in the deal.
The argument that the MRE over rides this is folly. You could have billion Tones of metal but if you cant sell it to be profitable then.........
I am long CHN, but measured that SS assumptions were ambitious and we are still not there yet.
