When will they ever learn ?

CHN have developed a reputation for putting out good news in such an unfocussed and non financial way that the market now seek them as an opportunity to make hay. No stats available as yet, but the % shorted has obviously ballooned in the last 2 days and short sellers now know they can hunt in a pack. and once again, they have.

This kind of behaviour should be illegal and more to the point, management should be held accountable and ASIC / Directors institute / shareholders associations should be monitoring this area for incompetence and calling it out.

It is permitting daylight robbery and nothing is being said / done about it ( in ways that actually change it)

Announcements are all over the place, vague, no commitments, no specifics and no idea and they just keep on rolling them out. Get a CFO ( or if there is one now, get rid of them) with some clue, or at least appoint someone to ride shotgun on the announcements FFS.

As shareholders, how do we get a voice and stop this happening?
