"I'll consider it a bargain when the price is between $0.75 and $0.85. However, there's a long way to go before the Gonneville PGE-Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project is completed. Once in production, they i will consider broker call $5 target price, but there are significant risks and substantial capital requirements involved."
