It's not so much the announcement, its the reason they're negotiating with Mitsubishi! - and the content / deliverables they have tried ( ??) to negotiate.
what are the deliverables they're looking for from an offtake
( as usual there's a clue in the name...doh!) and
get some milestones and commercials in there.
From the ann, it sounds like a kumbaya meeting!
- and I have nothing against kumbaya, love it actually, but everything has a time and a place and Board negotiations and MOU's is NOT THE PLACE!!!!
