It has nothing to do with the scoping study Management etc.
Just look at the overall Market last 2 years, everything is Down because of the high interest rates.
Just Look at IGO, LTR, CXO for example & the remaining of the market even the Junior Specs ...... Its Dead last 2 years.
But as soon as the FED Cut Rates very soon hopefully 2-3 times by year end you going to see stocks going back up & all this blame game would not matter.
Anyway the Bear Market is almost coming to an end imo.
