And don't forget that three months before the scoping study release Chalice raised $70million in a share purchase plan with a placement to "institutional, sophisticated and professional investors at an issue price of $7.30 per share". I suspect some of those investors are still smarting and unlikely to be interested in taking up further shares on market.
