When the commodity prices match the assumptions in the scoping study?? In seriousness, there are signs that Pd has bottomed and maybe Ni and Cu. This is a pretty handy sulphide nickel deposit at the right price.
Ni weekly chart. There is congestion right now - maybe a bear flag for another plunge down, but optimists are hoping for a rise from here.
