Respectfully, I wouldn't take any note of what brokers value the companies.
Last week brokers valued WEB at $11.00 only for it to fall 35% down the very next day after the report was published. The share price before the report was $7.00 and the share price after the report is $4.60.
Usually these reports are paid for, or brokers have an agenda to distribute shares to those who believe these reports.
Not saying CHN wouldn't get to $4.50, just saying brokers valuing it at a certain price has nothing to do with it.
