When a particular metal is bullish, explorers/developers of that metal tend to get more value attributed to them because of what they hold...it doesn't matter so much if they are 3-4 years away from producing that metal. Everyone's seen it happen for iron ore, gold, uranium. It could happen for palladium/platinum as well.
