heading to $3. palladium is cheap at only $1150/oz vs gold at circa $2750/oz. I think should be close to $1800-2000/oz for palladium, given it can rise 10% in 1 day, it will only take a short period to get there.
mining approval now assured, and the japanese will likely finance it to some extent. I imagine the feasibility will be the lowest capex option just to get the mine running and the HG area first, and options to expand the mine using capex from free cash flow later.
