They may, but unlikely. They could say something along the lines of geology intercepted is consistent with anticipated host rock for a gold deposit with visible gold found in etc., but this is a little amateur hour, and I think they will wait for lab result so they can release actual data. The competent person for the resource (i.e., geologist) is unlikely to approve release of anything that is highly speculative.
